Terms and ConditionsA3 CAR RECOVERY AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCEA3 Car Recovery only provides up to 25 miles of towing from the assistance point (Surbiton). Extra charges may apply where the recovery mileage exceeds 25 miles.For example, breakdown to the delivery destination is 30 miles, giving a round trip of 60 miles. A charge will be a fixed rate of £50 plus 60 miles at £1.75 per mile, totalling £155.If the vehicle needs specialist equipment (dolly wheels, go-jacks, winching, lifting freewheeling hubs or require additional labour to recover it, extra fees will be charged.If the recovery exceeds 25 miles round trip, the recovery will need to be paid a deposit for 50%.CANCELLATION POLICYWe stand-in the right to charge our customers a cancellation fee of £50.00 – £250.00, depending on the requested services when you cancel our services after 15min. The remaining balance will be refunded minus any charges incurred (admin fee, driver call out payment, mileage, ulez, congestion charge/toll etc.) as long as we have not reached you beforehand.Our customers will be charged the full the price of the quoted service when the service provider (driver) arrives at the location. If the costumer cancels for any reason at that time, or if the costumer is not at the location provided.IF A QUOTE FROM US IS ACCEPTED IN WRITTEN OR VERBALLY, YOU ARE CONSIDERED TO HAVE ENTIRELY AGREED WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
